Stone Bridge Cutting Machine

BE3000 is a powerful cutting machine for marble and granite slabs, used manually or automatically in workshops and factories. The movement of the bridge is synchronized by a rack and pinion connection on steel wheels located in the heads of the curtains and hardened by heat treatment. Consists of a control panel with an electronic command and control panel. The electronic PLC system serves as a program for controlling the action of all cutting phases in all its functions and is equipped with a touch screen. Thanks to this, you can control it manually or automatically. Positioning is carried out using a precision linear magnetic length measuring system and is displayed digitally on the panel with an accuracy of (+-) 0.1 mm. Because this system is not affected by mechanical or electromagnetic influences, it is much more sensitive and reliable than an encoder system.
